The Wheatland Golden Retriever Club of Wichita is dedicated to

• supporting the American Kennel Club standard for the breed
• encouraging responsibility in breeding golden retrievers
• encouraging sportsmanlike conduct at all competitive events involving 
  golden retrievers
• and supporting golden retriever rescue efforts.

The Club's code of ethics is that of the Golden Retriever Club of America.

Anyone who owns a Golden Retriever or has an interest in the breed is eligible to apply for membership in the Club.
